What We Do
We are a Crossfit affiliate situated in the heart of the South Island here in Aotearoa. To us, fitness is about being prepared for any physical and mental challenge - at any given time.
We're proud to offer a bespoke in-house strength and conditioning community like no other, with a flexible daily class timetable to suit every schedule.
We can do a lot with your hour. With multiple coaches instructing in every session, and anywhere from 10-25 athletes raring to go each time, our sessions are all go for the full sixty minutes. We don't miss a beat, and we make sure you don't either.
Our daily workouts comprise of a broad mixture of weightlifting, gymnastics, powerlifting, running, rowing, jumping, and throwing (the list goes on!). Sessions allow the opportunity for movement, skill, load and intensity to be scaled to ensure that everyone's experience is specific and vast at the same time: we want you to work hard to win your workout.
We focus on movement first before putting emphasis on load and intensity. We are masters of functional body mechanics and consider this of the utmost importance. We use injury prevention methods, warm ups, cool downs, strength blocks and metabolic conditioning pieces to achieve our fitness ethos.
