We dream big here, really big. We work hard to bring a connected, supportive community together to become a better version of itself. Our core focus is to use the platform of health and fitness to create an environment where people can be who they are, and feel that they belong. We do this by constructing a delicately-designed training programme that brings all levels and abilities into unison within the same session.
Our mantra in our gym is “no one gets left behind”. It doesn't matter your age, size, gender, colour, first or last. At every session, our coaches dedicate their time across all our athletes in equal measure.

An amazing place to train. This is a real family vibe, where everyone is part of it, no matter what your ability or skill-set these guys nurture your growth and help you succeed. With club gatherings every so often you definitely feel like part of the family. Massive space to train with great equipment, genuinely caring coaches and fellow crew to train with, 64 Fitness really is like a family, there is even a family dog!
